公司所有的相關(guān)信息機(jī)密作為產(chǎn)品的一部分，它的所有權(quán)是公司。
All information received from shall be treated as confidential, and must not be used for any purpose other than for the described under Subject/Program or be shared with a third party or personnel not DIRECTLY involved in aforementioned Subject or Program, without the written permission of PDE.
從收到的所有信息應(yīng)被視為機(jī)密，而且不得用于除非項(xiàng)目/計(jì)劃另有說明，未經(jīng)書面許可不允許向任何第三方組織或人員提供。
It is understood that no license or right of use under any patent or patentable right, copyright, trademark or other proprietary right is granted or conveyed by this Agreement. The disclosure of Confidential Information and materials shall not result in any obligations to grant the receiving party rights therein.
要明白不經(jīng)許可無權(quán)使用專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)和其它所有權(quán)、同意轉(zhuǎn)讓權(quán)，任何泄漏機(jī)密和原料信息導(dǎo)致的義務(wù)將接受第三方的審判。
Protect the personal information of everyone the facility does business with, including customers, suppliers and workers,
要保護(hù)與工廠商業(yè)往來的個(gè)人信息，包括工人，客戶和供應(yīng)商。
The "Receiving Party" will be responsible for all aspects of security relating in information received from PDE, and will upon request demonstrate that all reasonable security precautions have been implemented.
 “接收方”應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)確保信息的安全性，并根據(jù)要求證明一切合理的安全預(yù)防措施已付諸實(shí)施。
Upon request of PDE all information received will be returned, and will not be stored in any data retrieval System, either mechanical or electronically.所有公司的信息資料接收無論是電子檔還是書面檔都需進(jìn)行資料檢索系統(tǒng)。
The obligations of confidentiality stated above do not apply to any portion of information which:
上述保密義務(wù)不適用于信息的任何部分
1. Is already known to the "Receiving Party"as evidenced by dated documentation ,or
文件的證據(jù)已被接收部門明白，或
2. Is OR becomes part of the "Public Domain", without a breach of this agreement, or違背這項(xiàng)協(xié)議將接受公眾裁判， 或
3. Is rightfully received from a third party, without a breach of this agreement, or  未經(jīng)同意不被第三方接受， 或
4. Becomes approved for release by by written authorisation in advance of disclosure or publication.任何未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，發(fā)行的電子檔和書面文件不能泄露和出版。
This agreement will be binding for a period of 15 years. 這份協(xié)議保持15年。
